    To make this really great, all they have to do is give access to all cameras to everyone at all times. Then it will be a fair system. I am sure they will be open to that …

    I’m unclear how this software gains access to everyone’s cames system. Do the owners of the personal cameras install some sort of network DVR that sends camera access to the police dept?

      Ring cameras, for example. They store “your” data in the cloud, and a lot of devices don’t even bother to make the cops get a warrant/subpoena.
