Belated #MakanApaToday #Eid posting because my neighbourhood mosque only scheduled for the korban (ritual animal sacrifice) over the weekend. The custom is you can pay for a portion, that will then be distributed to the needy (you can handle that yourself or get a proxy like a neighbourhood committee to do it for you). You can have a portion of that for yourself, and usually if you do it by proxy, the portion you can get for yourself you then further give it away or distribute it to friends and family. So on Aidiladha itself we had chicken soto 😂. Eventually mum made soup with our portion.

The rest at my metapixl post. The masjid finally did the korban yesterday, so beraya with chiken only.

      Fedi got a lot of vegans so I tend to layan the norm to label for non-vegetarian stuff (I don’t mind also; you don’t have to do it). But rakyat also tends to label his porky makans so I thought it’s just a good idea la, since this one got a lot of beef 😄
