Loke adds that only 766 buses currently operate in the Klang Valley each day, which is a small number compared to the need for nearly 4,000 buses for an efficient service.

Please, more buses to serve the final mile.

At the same time there should be fewer cars on the road.

It would be sad to see 30k more cars on KV roads, on top of the 3k buses planned.

There should be. Companies should take up WFH/hybrid schedules more.

There’s a post on reddit that mentioned KV has a population of 9.1 million or so. The number is only going to increase with the number of migration from other states, especially Pantai Timur. Guess how they’re likely to get around if our public transport system isn’t up to par? More cars :-/

Nice nice. Now how about a mobile app to find them? Be nice to have ETA and automatic route planning. Timetables and route maps are so last century.

Commuters here, how’s the experience using the public transport option on Maps? We had Moovit once but it’s now some ad-infested nightmare.
