agreed, but pretty funny though that trans people were disproportionately higher level officers, so now in addition to the recruitment crisis at the grunt level there’s also a bunch of holes riddling more important positions. very “it hurt itself in confusion” moment
Probably a case of people at the lower levels not having the resources, education, and surroundings to realize they’re trans and come out.
