Been staying consistent and crushing my goals. Attended a little hand balancing workshop at a yoga studio, which checked boxes for both fitness and socializing more, the latter being way more challenging for me. I’m sticking to my plant based diet very easily, it is a natural fit for me and I’ve been enjoying it immensely and seeing benefits. Also crow pose is dope.
