Got my blood work back from doctor, cholesterol a bit high but I don’t have diabetes so that’s nice. Also in the two week since I managed to lose 3 pounds so cool too, still one thing I got to look out for is my vitamin D levels are low. Need to get some sunlight when I can so prob gonna go on some jogs in the morning if I can help it.
Ngl been pretty depressed but at least a bit of effort is paying off for my health
