The cop dog is clearly the most useless member of the team, they go on rescue missions where there’s little use for a murderer of minorities. The only reason to have him is the usual copaganda of portraying cops as “first responders” equal to firefighters and EMTs.

This particular emergency response team has a dump truck and a bulldozer though…
But even then, I’d say the most useless dog is the one that does water rescue. They’re never near water and Zuma never gets any lines lol
