      Fair question. I bought this vegan spam knockoff specifically because I’ve always wanted to try spam musubi, but I’ve never seen a vegan spam alternative. It’s mostly soy, starch and wheat, but if you want a full breakdown, here’s the manufacturer’s site.

      Honest review, next time I’ll just make my own seitan. It wasn’t the worst, but the texture was weird and the cat food smell kinda put me off to begin with.

      How does it compare to real Spam? Couldn’t really say since it’s been probably almost 20 years since I’ve had it. Probably about the same if memory serves.
