But it does highlight that any random brute could put on a mask and do this with no authorization whatsoever. It’s a fundamental human-rights and rule-of-law breakdown to fail to present a warrant. The war for ethics has been lost decades ago. Legality is fickle and often unjust but it’s all that people have at this point.
We also need to stop using the word “arrest” when it comes to ICE. As you said, these are kidnappings.
