Fast food, et al, has lobbied against this and other fundamental aspects of the term for ages — to the point now that we’re apparently discussing differences in “personal definitions” of the basic linguistic term.
I mean, fuck. What is and what isn’t “food” is such a baseline at every level (ie. micro to macro) that the vast majority of organic life doesn’t riff on the tableture — let alone do so with fanboi frothy zeal and only the assurances of randos trying to pitch the squawk of shit as “music”.🤦🏼♂️
