Great item to throw in a random loot pile. Can fit in a pile of any creature of any CR. Why is it there? It was part of different treasure and no one bothers to use it or get rid of it. It’s a dungeon white elephant
I have a great idea for a campaign that’s roughly based on the Jackie Chan Adventures TV. They got to get the 12 talismans with one talisman per level with those talismans being the magic items.
