Any way to have only certain google play apps auto update?

There are certain apps that I want up to date always. Is there an app store client, or an app that automates this? play store only allows enabling auto updating for all apps.

You can enable auto-updates for all apps in the google play store and disable it for certain app by going to their page in the app store and disabling it in the thee-dot-menu on the top right.
