Over the past three months, the Houthis have attacked merchant ships passing through the Red Sea, an unexpected military intervention aimed at forcing Israel to end its U.S.-backed offensive in Gaza and allow aid into the besieged territory.

Why was this downvoted? The intercept is a very reliable source.

I don’t know. I have posted a few articles regarding the Houthis, mostly from Israeli media sources and they always get downvoted. I continue to post them because I think it’s important news and could lead to a widening of the conflict in the region.

Please keep it up. But consider the source. Theres a few good Israeli news orgs, but they’re mostly cowards that are just spreading disinformation

        972 is a great outlet

I have used Jpost, Haaratz, and Mondoweiss. All of them are pretty good sources. I think people just don’t wanna hear about the Houthis

Mondoweiss is US American, not Israeli. They’re a great, credible source though.

Don’t use jpost. That’s a trash conservative paper
