HKL emergency department is losing some 40 MOs from July 31 MO relocations. Already, HKL emergency doctors are pulling double shifts. As it is, patients in ED wait 3-6 hours to see a doctor; at least 1-2 days for ward admission; up to 4 days for ICU beds.
