      IME you are likely to have one during hiring/onboarding, but they definitely aren’t going to do any of the random test shit you see on TV. Over my 20 year work history I have only been tested during the hiring process, and this mainly includes office jobs.

        Yeah; even my place that is well behind the times got rid of their policy that allowed them to randomly drug test employees shortly after I was onboarded (I did have to do a urine test when I was hired)
