    Super rich assholes don’t want to have to see them when they visit one of their several beach houses every year or two.

    I’m not even kidding. Don’t let any of them tell you it’s about birds or sea-life, it’s not. That’s bullshit.

    Which I don’t even get because I think they look cool as fuck.

      We’re having the same issues in Denmark. Nearly everyone wants solar panels and wind turbines, but there’s so much NIMBY that it’s stopping nearly every project… Fucking idiots.
