The halal certificate system should upgrade. Don’t become lazy as minister only talks. All restaurants should have 2 types of certificates stick at the payment counter should be mandatory. One certificate for Halal & the other is for Non-Halal. This will avoid confusion for muslim entering restaurants. This 2 certificate should be mandatory as well for the clean environment in kitchen & toilet.
