Simon Watterman, a space archaeologist, discovers the “Munchies” in a cave in Peru. Cecil Watterman, Simon’s evil twin brother and snack food entrepreneur, kidnaps the creature. What Cecil does not know is that a Munchie, when chopped up, regenerates into many new ones, and these a lot more mean!
Sure, I could’ve waited a few days and posted this on 4/20, but there isn’t anything 🍁-related to the movie except for the title. It’s a fun one though. Think of it as Roger Corman’s wacky (and somewhat horny) response to Gremlins.

It looks like a Gremlins knockoff. Or perhaps it answers the question, “what would the offspring of Trolls and Gremlins look like?”
I’m going to have to watch that, based on the trailer. Really stupid in a great way. I accidentally watched Sharktopus the other day, and I need something to burn that out of my head, so this looks perfect
