i dunno how this is offensive
I mean, “spaz” as an insult is generally regarded as offensive to people with disabilities that cause muscle spasms. Even if it’s “spasm”, I can see where the offensiveness angle makes sense.
Spaz is short for spastic. A derogatory term for the mentally disabled.
