We’re making tteokbokki tonight. Gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and dashi boiled with some water. Then mix in an assortment of fishballs and squidballs. Then finally mix in rice cakes. We put the rice cakes in last because we prefer the thin round ones and they cook pretty fast. Lastly, we top it off with melted mozzarella cheese. It also helps with neutralizing the spiciness a bit. lol
