We expect one to join the discord or matrix server, read the guidelines and communicate with us if they have any questions.
Aside from that it is just normal modding, clearing out reports and keeping the community clean. We will keep an eye out if you are not over or under-modding, and let you know if you are.

I’m interested. I’m new to Lemmy and still actively learning about the fediverse. My experience lies in having watched the rise and fall of many platforms since the early 90s.
My interest in this case lies in contributing to a platform that grows big enough to be ubiquitous, open enough to be self regulating, yet responsive enough to address problems before they get out of hand.
