A man was left in excruciating pain after a toothbrush he bizarrely shoved into his penis snapped during sex.

Doctors revealed the 43-year-old waited 12 hours before seeking medical attention for his eye-watering injury.

Grilled about why he had a toothbrush in his penis, the unnamed Indonesian man confessed to performing DIY surgery for his ‘sexual satisfaction’. Medics were told he first made a ‘small incision’ to insert toothbrushes in 2017.

But it is unclear whether the toothbrush in question had been in place since that time, or whether he had taken others out.

Medics said the man was discharged three days after surgery, reporting no issues.

I wonder if this is the end of his sounding adventures or a speedbump on a long road onward and upward.

I initially thought it was sounding but it isn’t - he was doing homemade surgery and inserting it under his skin, which may be worse, if that’s possible.

I don’t know what’s more puzzling, the insertion itself or that his partner was still willing to have sex with him after he shoved a toothbrush into his dick.

You got up at 4 in the morning and decided to post it. You know you could have not?

You know something? You’d feel better for the better sleep had you not. We’d also feel better if we didn’t spit out our cereal this morning reading what you posted. It would have been a win-win. But you chose chaos. You decided to make the world a worse place for both of us. How do you live with yourself?

Penile fracture is an uncommon but serious medical condition that might result from unusual instances, including the presence of foreign objects such as a toothbrush implant.
