I doubt anyone will have to be told to have kids. Putting people in misery will leave them grasping at anything to have a moment’s respite of pleasure. Right now they can do that with hobbies and ‘toys.’ In the future? Only the embrace of your fellow miserable hopefully-only-half-kin will be an option, and kids will start popping out.
That’s ok. At this point trump’ll tank it all first, saving us the reich wing tax incentives to bang out kids and talibangelicals preventing women from obtaining jobs or higher education so they can stay barefoot and pregnant kn the kitchen.
