    making bossam today, tried it a year ago but forgot to put doenjang and it tasted like coffee and ginger-flavoured cardboard. It’s smelling really good atm now that it’s braising in the liquid.

        i’ll do it for tonight’s dinner, it was too hard still and the cuts didn’t look as good.
