minus-square@munkkeylink2•11 months agoPenang island has both dams refilled to above 60% so rely less on water from mainland. Basically northern states aren’t in drought mode. This website showed dense hotspots and moderate haze on 20 Aug in parts of Kalimantan, so you’re right about the last sentence.
