    I really don’t understand why the older generation cares about whether we look fat and whether we’re becoming fat. Like c’mon… It’s technically fine as long as you don’t reach unhealthy levels. Don’t feel bad about the comments, it’s just what meds do to people.

    My mom has been nagging me since forever. Even now that I am as slim as I have never been(imagine it takes till 23 for me to become actually slim lol), she’s still nagging me because I still have thigh fat. I’m aware that it’s still not good enough, but I’d appreciate if she could cut me some slack… It’s not like the fat will disappear overnight. She kept saying I should aim to be like that one woman who’s super tall but has super thin legs then I’ll be a beauty like her 🌚

      i think they come from a position of care, our elders have different ways of showing love. So I try not to let them get to me.

      so long as you’re happy with where you are that’s all that matters.

        That’s true… I’m more inclined to believe in the BMI theory, although body fat percentage does not directly correlate with body mass.
