Tq for this recap! I vote some kind of static site or paling kurang a masto account (it doesn’t need bells and whistles of say Calckey). Personal rec is to go for the hometown fork - it’s a soft fork and the dev always updates according to Masto main schedule but they do have local-only posting status so the instance members je baca (if u want an instance the mod team can be a part of). Glitch-soc is also good but idk if it’s a soft fork too - but it does qt as well as markdown formatting (fwiw these are all otw in mastodon roadmap).

That one idk for sure, because out of my capacity, lol. But probably your options looks good if it only serves as an information broadcaster so there’s no need to have so many accounts.
