The main storyline is about putting down a rebellion of a segregated underclass. The goblins themselves lean heavily into old antisemitic caricatures, and there’s an incredibly uncomfortable parallel between blood libel narratives and the goblins kidnapping children for some sort of ritual.
Looking cynically at the one trans character (who’s character is largely just telling the player that she is trans), I’d wager she was a last minute inclusion to try and shield the game from some of the backlash of its right wing premise.

what are you unsure about? nothing in hogwarts legacy from what i saw was transphobic, racist, homophobic, or anything like that. you seem confused, or hung up on something, trying to make a hole out of concrete using a twig
The entire game is about how the Jewish stereotypes are bad and their attempt at revolution must be violently put down, to the point where literally just firing off The Gun Spell is fully okay by the game’s standards

and then the plot of this game is basically a nazis wet dream where they’re stealing children for fantasy rituals to subvert the current order (under which they are intensely marginalized, which the franchise repeatedly shows it believes they deserve)
