what are you unsure about? nothing in hogwarts legacy from what i saw was transphobic, racist, homophobic, or anything like that. you seem confused, or hung up on something, trying to make a hole out of concrete using a twig
The entire game is about how the Jewish stereotypes are bad and their attempt at revolution must be violently put down, to the point where literally just firing off The Gun Spell is fully okay by the game’s standards

the goblins were already antisemitic caricatures with greedy hooked noses bankers who value property different and even have a star of david on the floor of gringotts in the movie (which was because it was on the floor of a real bank they filmed that in, but that’s still some intense coding when added to the mix and really should have been rethought!)
and then the plot of this game is basically a nazis wet dream where they’re stealing children for fantasy rituals to subvert the current order (under which they are intensely marginalized, which the franchise repeatedly shows it believes they deserve)
There’s a ton of antisemetic dogwhistles in there associating the goblins with jews. The goblins are stealing children for magical rituals is just fantasy blood libel. The game contorts itself such that the good route means leading a pogrom.
They fired the lead designer after it came out he was a nazi.
