The only alternative I have in mind is GitHub’s issues, but I’ve heard people complaining it’s too technical either so we went for the discord option. You cannot please everyone in the world ;_;
My schedule is very tight due to work, so I don’t really have the time to implement my own bug report/support ticket system or try hosting something like bugzilla
I suppose even if GitHub or any code repo is too technical at least it’s public. Discord is easier for more ppl because dah biasa but the fact it’s always gated always bothers me. But anyway, thank you tho! Maybe for whichever option if the person cannot get into the platform, as long as someone can tolong to convey the issue, ok kut.

Yep, but that server is mainly for casual interaction and chit chat, this server is mainly for support for this website, so it will be easier to setup the channel in way that fit the purpose. It’s an external channel for Meta, in a way.
