Went glamping with the church group during the Merdeka holiday, it was lovely!
Though I’m physically exhausted (we stayed up until 4 for board games haha) and more so have depleted my social quota by the end of the trip, it was a really nice experience!

We went to this site called Canopy Villa at Janda Baik. The place is actually very nice! The facilities are quite proper, and the tents and beds are considerably clean. And because it was Merdeka, the site put up a camp fire for us (for free; normally would have to pay for it). Quite a nice place for a short getaway.
Wow, checked google map of the location, looks like it’s super fun! I’ve ever had glamping at broga once and while the experience is fun, the toilet doesn’t have water 😅
Haha, this one even has hot shower! Which is greatly appreciated, because it rained quite a bit when we’re there and it was super cold at night. But with all the luxuries it does take away a little of the"outdoor-y" feel so. 😆

I thought the crowd two weeks back was bad, but this morning it was on another level.
Yesterday evening and this morning is was really humid. Seems to have gotten better.

I just put down a deposit for a master bedroom with a private bathroom. A bit over my initial budget but it’s only 5 minutes from the workplace so I’ll save petrol and my sanity at the same time.
How’s Johor?
Still in Terengganu, I asked for an extension and they gave me a week. Going to KL tomorrow and straight to Johor the next day.
That’s nice of them. Hope you have a good rest in Terengganu. Must be fun to be home with family.
Haven’t sit still since I got here lol but I’m taking it slow today and lepak at the beach with the nephews.
